1. Any 1985 and newer V-6 Front Wheel Drive Cars ONLY, Except the
following: No Vans, No Convertibles, No Trucks, No Stationwagons
No Two Seat Coupes, V-6 engines ONLY! No Turbo or Super Charged Engines, No Multi Carburetors, No Rotary Engines,
No Mid Or Rear Engine Cars and No Cosworth Engines. Factory stock fuel injection ONLY!
2. Minimum Wheelbase 103”.
3. Complete Stock Body - front to rear, stock frame, stock suspension, stock front & rear firewalls STOCK, STOCK! All trunks &
hoods will have working stock hinges. Hoods & Trunks must be secured with hood pins only - remove all factory hood & trunk latches.
Must have a hook or other means, front and rear, for wrecker to hook to. Bumpers must be chained or strapped to frame. All holes in
firewalls or floor must be covered with metal. Steering and suspension must be stock - No Modifications. 1/2” camber allowed, measured
with a carpenter square.
4. Dashboard, Steering & Pedals must be STOCK - Cars must start with the stock key.
5. All glass except for the windshield must be removed. Lexan windshield is OK. Vacuum loose glass out of car.
6. All insulation & upholstery under the hood, on the floor, and in the interior of the car must be removed. All headlights, taillights,
loose chrome, etc. Must be removed from the car.
7. Stock transmission for that make & model of the car
8. Battery may be relocated, strapped securely and covered in an approved manner.
9. Stock Exhaust System, exiting behind the driver’s seat. Maximum exhaust size will be 1 3/4”.
10. Gas Tank -- If the stock gas tank is located ahead of the rear axle, it may remain in place. Any tank behind the rear
end must be replaced & relocated in the trunk. Use a small fuel cell (8 gal or smaller). Fuel Cell will be mounted in the farthest forward
area of the trunk securely fastened with at least 4 straps. All gas lines must run under the car.
11. Tires & Wheels - Stock wheels for that make & model of car. All wheels will be a maximum of 7 inches wide. All wheels & tires will be
the same size & profile on all 4 corners. Front wheels may be aftermarket, but must be the same offset as the rear. Approved passenger car
tires only, No low profile, trick or exotic tires. Maximum tire width is 7 inches.
12. Safety Requirements - A rollover bar is required. A single hoop rollbar, with 2 angle bars constructed of 1 ¾ “ x .095 dia. Tubing must
be welded or bolted to the car. The hoop is to be the full width of the car. A four post roll cage is recommended, intended for the safety of
the driver only. No bars may go through firewall or rear compartment into trunk.. No removing of any interior body panels, except for
clearance for drivers side doorbars. Driver’s side door plates are recommended, either over the door bars, or they can be welded or bolted
to the outside of the drivers side door, overlapping the front and back door seam. Both doors must be welded or chained shut. If a stock seat
is used, make sure all tracks are bolted in place. The back of the seat must be secured to the back of the rollbar. A racing seat, mounted to
the roll cage is OK. A driver’s side window net is required. A set of racing seat belts and shoulder harness are required, mounted in a safe
and proper fashion. Helmet must meet minimum DOT standards, a Snell approved helmet is suggested. Gloves and a long sleeved garment
are required, a racing firesuit and gloves are strongly recommended.
13. Numbers will be assigned by the track. Numbers go on the door area on both sides and top.
14. ABSOLUTELY NO ANTIFREEZE!!! ABSOLUTELY NO TWO WAY RADIOS!!!
15. $700 Claim Rule. Caraway Speedway has FIRST OPTION on winning car.
16. Management reserves the right to reject any entry.
17. All entries must have one scorer.
